<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor with high manufacturing efficiency, which can measure the resistance of a low-resistant resistor film in its approximation to a net value and whose properties do not change even after implementation on a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A resistor film 3 is formed by coating an insulating substrate 2. Terminal electrodes 4 which are to be connected to both ends of the resistor film 3 are formed at a pair of ends opposed to each other of the substrate 2. Recesses 21 are formed in the direction of the thickness of the substrate 2 at the other pair of ends opposed to each other of the substrate 2. Terminal electrodes 5 for voltage measurement are formed in the recesses 21 which extend from the connecting parts between the resistor film 3 and the terminal electrodes 4.</p> |
