Burglar-proof secondary glazing system

The system has a number of different edging profiled sections (1) made from e.g. wood, metal, plastics. The frame sections are made into individual glazing units with glass panes (2), silicone sealant (5) and elastic clips (4) within the edge sections. The units are flexible and strong and because of the clips, cannot be slid apart. The panels are combined to cover a door or window and overlap the hinges or locks in the outer door or window frames so that access to them from the outside is prevented.
