PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the CO2 concentration in the vicinity of the passenger head part without increasing the ventilation amount. SOLUTION: A blow-out opening 10 for blowing out the air from an air blowing means 9 is disposed in the vicinity of a ceiling part of a cabin 5 and opened continuously over seats in a large number of rows in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, such that the pressure is distributed substantially uniformly in the ceiling part in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Thereby, attraction of the blown out air to a low pressure part between blow-out openings, as observed in the conventional configuration, can be prevented or reduced. Therefore, the blown out air can flow smoothly toward an inlet 14 in the vicinity of the floor surface so as to restrain generation of a swirl in the vicinity of passengers. As a result, the CO2 in the expiration of the passengers 12 can be discharged efficiently from the inlet 14 to the outside of the cabin 5.
