A device for supplying and discharging powder particles, wherein the amount of powder particles being supplied and discharged is controlled by holding the particles in a reserve container having an outlet with a plurality of control parts disposed on supporting parts and designed to be shaken from a shaking position so that the particles in the reserve container is supplied and discharged into the outlet from between the control parts, thereby making the device simpler and smaller and reducing power requirements and maintenance costs. Advantageously, particle size and other properties thereof, such as cohesiveness, flushing ability, types can be adjusted for by controlling the shape of the control parts, distance spaces, and vibration. Also, the device can function as a sieve to remove alien material larger than the distance between the control parts.
