A hand held urinal bottle with a handle 3 on one side and on the opposing side a hook (1), where the hook is used to engage with the user's trousers, allowing the trousers to be pulled away from the user, and for the bottle to be positioned for use, allowing the user / care assistant to have greater control over the urinal bottle and preventing the trousers from retracting during use.
