PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type curable polyorganosiloxane composition for a semiconductor light emitting device member, excellent in storage stability, light resistance and adhesiveness as a liquid and having sufficient heat resistance, hydrothermal resistance and film deposition property.SOLUTION: There is provided the two-pack type curable polyorganosiloxane composition for a semiconductor light emitting device member, having following liquid composition (A) and liquid composition (B). The liquid composition (B) contains a polyorganosiloxane compound preferably containing in a molecule, two or more of substituents which react with a silanol group, and further preferably the substituents which react with the silanol group being at least one kind of organic acid containing a hydrosilyl group, the silanol group and a hydroxyl group. The liquid composition (A): a liquid composition containing a polyorganosiloxane compound having two or more silanol groups in a molecule and practically no condensation catalyst.
