<p>The anvil roller (70) rotates on a rotary axle (74) on the machine frame (10) which has a cutter (80) rotarily mounted on a rotary axle (84). A cutter-blade (92) cooperates with the anvil surface (76). Support rings (100,102) on the cutter support it in relation to the anvil roller with its support ring surfaces and or vice versa. With each support ring, the diameter of the support ring surface is adjustable by means of radial expansion of the support ring by means of an expander.</p> |
