PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming surface exposure of tourmaline that more strengthens an effect of the tourmaline (for example, the effect to inhibit attachment of aquatic livings such as shells to the bottom of a ship having a coated surface with tourmaline particles (p)) and solves the problem that the tourmaline particles (p) are eliminated and thereby the effect does not last long. SOLUTION: The method for forming the exposure surface of the tourmaline is characterized by forming a tourmaline particle inclusion layer which includes the tourmaline particles, conducting a surface grinding working on the tourmaline particle inclusion layer, exposing the tourmaline particles of the tourmaline particle inclusion layer and forming the exposed surface of the tourmaline. An interior trim and, an interior material/interior structuring material having the exposed surface of the tourmaline on the surfaces are characterized by forming the exposed surface of the tourmaline particles on the surface by surface grinding the tourmaline particle inclusion layer formed on them.
