PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open roof structure improved by reducing the number of parts and optimizing action of a movable panel. SOLUTION: In the vehicular open roof structure provided with a movable panel 3 for opening/closing a roof opening part by a slide part 4, the vehicular open roof structure is provided, in which movement of the slide part enables to generate inclination of the panel 3 and/or slide action. The structure is provided with a lock lever 12 provided with a slide engagement means connected to the panel and cooperating with the slide part 4; a guide means cooperated with a fixed lever guide; and a lock member 21 cooperated with a fixed lock guide 22. At a first position of the slide part 4, the lock member 21 is stored in a first fixed lock guide portion 22' for suppressing parallel movement of the panel, and at a second position of the slide part 4, the lock member 21 is stored in a second fixed lock guide portion 22' enabling parallel movement of the panel.
