SOLUTION: The present invention provides a curable silicone gel composition that is applied on the surface of a metal substrate comprising oxygen-free copper to form a silicone gel cured product layer on the metal substrate, wherein the metal substrate is put on the silicone gel cured product layer to obtain a laminate, the curable silicone gel composition being used for a method for producing the laminate. The curable silicone gel composition contains (A) the following formula (1): RRSiO; (B) the following formula (2): (RSiO)(RSiO)(RSiO)(RO)(SiO); (C) the following formula (3): RHSiO; and (D) a catalytic amount of a platinum catalyst, and gives a silicone gel cured product having a penetration defined in JIS K-2220 of 5-100.EFFECT: According to the present invention, a laminate comprising a silicone gel cured product layer on a metal substrate having excellent heat resistance and adhesion can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
