The peg (7) for fixing the hairspring (5) is engaged freely in a hole in its support. This peg (7) is held on the said support (3a) by a clamping ring (11) mounted rotatably in a circular countersink in the support. The ring has a central aperture (14) through which the peg (7) passes, and which forms a cam (15a, 15b), such as to exert on the peg a pressure directed transversely with respect to its axis. By rotating this cam in one direction, the clamping of the peg is produced, and in the reverse direction, its freeing. The circular countersink into which the hole in which the peg is engaged emerges is eccentric with respect to this hole. <IMAGE>
