A mobile terminal having a display unit using a light receiving panel is provided to improve the competitiveness of a product by employing the light receiving panel that can be fabricated in various sizes in comparison with a liquid crystal display at a low cost. A main body includes an optical part. A light receiving panel(110) is mounted on the main body(100) in a facing manner and includes a display unit(112) for displaying image light irradiated from the optical part. A keypad(114) is configured so as to be parallel to the light receiving panel(110) and adjacent to the display unit(112). The light receiving panel(110) is made of a transparent material. The keypad(114) is configured as a touch screen. The main body(100) and the light receiving panel(110) are configured so as to have mutually corresponding shape.
