<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional conference system that cannot display imaged video data on at least one of a plurality of terminals, convert received voice into text data, record the text data to a prescribed agenda, and display the recorded agenda on a plurality of terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The video conference system disclosed herein comprises: conference terminals each provided with a voice input means and a display section; and at least one imaging means wherein a plurality of the conference terminals are interconnected via a communication line. The video conference system is characterized by including: a video display means for displaying video data imaged by the imaging means on at least the display section of one conference terminal among a plurality of the conference terminals connected to the communication line; a voice conversion means for converting the voice entered to the voice input means into text data; a voice text recording means for recording the converted text data into a prescribed agenda format; and an agenda display means capable of displaying the recorded agenda format to the display sections of a plurality of the conference terminals connected to the communication line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
