The pad has a pad upper part (1) and a pad lower part (3) that are separated from each other and arranged in a hinged manner. The upper part has a stable upper part made of wood, plastic or metal e.g. aluminum, and has a stable plate on an upper side. The lower part is filled with a padding from expandable polystyrene, and a zipper(RTM: slide fastener) is provided as a connection unit between the upper and lower parts. A metal foil is provided at an upper inner side of the upper part, and a fastening cord (7) with a cord stopper is provided at an upper outer side of the upper part.
