PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring tag configured to easily grasp a predetermined state of change of an object to be monitored, in a non-destructive manner.SOLUTION: A monitoring tag arranged in an object to be monitored, to monitor a state of the object to be monitored includes: an RFID tag having an IC chip, a built-in IC antenna, and a built-in circuit for electrically connecting the IC chip and the built-in IC antenna; a transceiving antenna for transmitting/receiving electric waves from the outside of the object to be monitored; and a connection circuit for electrically connecting the built-in IC antenna and the transceiving antenna.
