PURPOSE:To require no large capacity memory by extracting through an extracting means only digital information including plural picture information and identification data for discriminating the picture information and the picture information to be outputted in which an analog video signal is divided in frequency and stored in a memory medium and is indicated by an input means. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, the analog video signal stored in a memory means 1 and the digital information are divided in the frequency. The digital information 4 is separated according its attribute in a separating means 5, only the picture information G1K, G2K,... GnK, K=0, 1,... is fed to the extracting means 8 as the first picture information 6. When the picture information to be outputted in the first picture information 6 is indicated by the input means 7, the extracting means 8 extracts only the selected picture information by the use of the identification data and transmits to a picture processing means as the second picture information 9. If the extracted second picture information is the information of picture data image to be written on a picture memory, it is written in the picture memory 12 as the picture data 11 as it is by a picture processing means 10.
