PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition having blocking effect of non-selective cation channel TRPM8.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains, as an active ingredient, a sulfonamide compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or prodrugs of them. [In the formula, ring A is a bicyclic heteroaromatic ring where (a) pyridine and benzene are fused, or (b) pyridine and monocyclic heteroaromatic ring are fused (the ring A is fused with a sulfonyl amino group at a carbon atom in a position adjacent to a pyridine ring nitrogen atom constituting the ring A), ring B is: (a) monocyclic or bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbon; (b) monocyclic or bicyclic alicyclic hydrocarbon; (c) a monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaromatic ring; or (d) a monocyclic or bicyclic non-heteroaromatic ring, and the ring C is: (a) benzene; or (b) a monocyclic heteroaromatic ring.] |
