PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a heating device when worn on a human body and decrease a load to shoulders due to the heating device capable of warming a human body by a heating unit having a catalytic combustion heating unit. SOLUTION: In this heating device, first holding parts 13 which load on the shoulder when worn on a human body, front parts 14 connected to the first holding parts 13 by connecting parts 15 and a second holding part 17 which removably connects the front part 14 are installed to a clothing body 6 installed with a heating unit 1 having a catalytic combustion heating unit.
