PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine constituted so as to be able not only to easily alter the clamp reference position of a circuit substrate but also to use a suction fixture at any clamp reference position. SOLUTION: The screen printing machine is equipped with a clamp mechanism 16 having a fixed part 33 freely detachable with respect to the clamp reference positions set on both sides of the feed direction of the circuit substrate and a movable part 34 for clamping the circuit substrate along with the fixed part, a hollow suction fixture 15 arranged at a substrate clamping position, a backup base on which the suction fixture is placed, the first and second suction holes 13a and 13b provided to the backup base 13, the vacuum suction device 31 allowed to communicate with and connected to the first and second suction holes and a closing means 27 for selectively closing either one of the first and second suction holes.
