PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding element which is designed for creating a cut in a rubber product, e.g. a tire. SOLUTION: A cut has a geometrically rotary shape centered around an axial line X, X'. A molding element 2 has a head 7 which is extended by a molding part 5 designed to protrude into a molding face 3 so that at least one cut is created in a rubber product. The head 7 is provided in a molding member in a freely rotatable manner and has at least a single columnar body in the axial line X, X' which decides the main axial line of the molding element 2. In addition, the head 7 collaborates with the molding member 1 so that the head 7 can rotate with the molding member 1 centered around the X, X', when the molding part 5 of the molding element 2 receives either of a force to work in the X, X' direction or a torque to be generated around the periphery of the same direction X, X'. |
