COMPOSITE STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deformation of a composite structure caused by the residual stress of a structure accompanying structure formation in a method for producing a composite structure. SOLUTION: In a process where a composite structure is formed by an aerosol deposition process, through treatment such as: the provision of a cooling stage for a base material; heat treatment for a composite structure; the provision of a tensile stress intermediate layer on the surface of a base material; the previous working of a base material to a recessed shape by surface working to the base material; or the formation of structures on both the sides of a planar base material, the deformation of the composite structure is eliminated by the residual stress of the formed structure.
