<p>PURPOSE:To secure the parallelism between a couple of conveyor rolls and to prevent a sheet from running slantly, by providing a means of setting the facing positions of a couple of conveyor rolls provided to a main body separated into an upper and a lower part at specific positions. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower timing rolls 10b and 10a are supported at the upper and lower bodies A and B. A slanting surface 17c spreading upward and a specifying opening 17d for specifying the shaft position of the upper part are formed at one end 17b of a bearing 17 for supporting the roll 10a. The bearing 20 of the roll 10b is fitted loosely with the opening part 18a of a side plate 18, supported displaceably, and pressed down with a spring 19. When the upper body A is closed, the upper roll 10b is guided by the slanting surface 17c to reach the specifying opening part 17d, and positioned by its own weight and the spring 19 where the upper and lower rolls face each other in parallel. Consequently, even if the upper and lower bodies A and B shift slightly the roll parallelism is held to prevent a sheet from running slantly.</p> |
