The present invention relates to a UV-curable hard-coating paint composition. In one example, the UV-curable hard-coating paint composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of an aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer having six or more polymerizable functional groups; (B) 5-20 parts by weight of a benzotriazole-modified urethane acrylate oligomer; (C) 5-15 parts by weight of a polycarbonate-modified urethane acrylate oligomer; (D) 0.01-2 parts by weight of an antioxidant agent; (E) 1-10 parts by weight of a photo-polymerization initiator; (F) 40-70 parts by weight of a multifunctional acrylate monomer; (G) 5-20 parts by weight of a UV-absorbing agent; and (H) 1-10 parts by weight of a photo-stabilizer, wherein the antioxidant agent (D) comprises phenol-based and phosphorus-based oxidative stabilizers at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.2 to 1 : 0.8; the multifunctional acrylate monomer (F) is a mixture of a di-functional acrylate monomer and a tri-functional acrylate monomer at a weight ratio of 1 : 1.5 to 2, while the di-functional acrylate monomer is 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate; and the tri-functional acrylate monomer is trimethylolpropane triacrylate.
