<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a sound absorber by foaming a foaming material during a vulcanization process. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a green tire molding process for forming an unvulcanized green tire 30 by using a core 12 for molding an annular green tire, and a vulcanization process for vulcanizing the green tire 30. The core 12 is provided with at least one recessed groove 20 extending in the tire circumferential direction, and the green tire 30 is molded by arranging a foaming material 10G in an unfoamed state extending in the tire circumferential direction in the recessed groove 20. In the vulcanization process, the foam material 10G is foamed in the cross sectional shape of the recessed groove 20 by vulcanizing the green tire 30 along with the core 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
