PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correcting device which performs high-precision driving and has excellent assemblability. SOLUTION: The image blur correcting device has a holding member 31 which holds a correcting means 23, permanent magnets 40a and 40b provided in the holding member in one body, coils 41a and 41b, and nonmagnetic spherical members 36a to 36c which are held in a rollable way between a fixed member and the holding member and guide the correcting means movably relative to the fixed member through the holding member in a plane orthogonal to an optical axis of photography. When a signal for correcting an image blur is applied to the coils, the correcting means is moved in the plane orthogonal to the optical axis of photography through electromagnetic operation produced between the coils and permanent magnets to correct the image blur.
