PURPOSE:To prevent drop of engine rotating number and secure idling stability by compensating reduction of absolute fuel amount due to reduction of intake air amount in idle running when intake air temperature is high. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 2 controls a fuel injection valve 18 so as to make air-fuel ratio to a predetermined density side set air-fuel ratio by respective sensing signals input from an intake air temperature sensor 12, an indle switch 4 and an ignition coil 16. When the intake air temperature is a predetermined temperature or more and an engine is in idle running an and engine rotating number is a predetermined rotating number or less and all the conditions are satisfied, feedback control is stopped to be controlled to the density side set air-fuel ratio. For example, the ratio is controlled to 13:1 or so in which smooth rotation can be obtained. Then, reduction of absolute fuel amount due to reduction of intake air amount in idle running when intake air temperature is high can be compensated to prevent drop in engine rotating number and idling stablish can be secured. |
