FIELD: carbon compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing new constructional chemical materials and consists in that fullerene containing 99.8% of C<SB>60</SB> with admixture of C<SB>70</SB> is subjected to shear deformation in "toroid"-type superhigh- pressure apparatus under pressure 9.5-13 GPa and at temperature 300- 500 C.
