<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting for fixing for high frequency induction heating. <P>SOLUTION: The metal fitting 10 for welding and fixing by a high frequency induction heating method is provided, which is the one for welding and fixing a resin board material or a resin sheet by the high frequency induction heating method, in which a resin same with the resin of the resin layer is filled in the whole spaces of small holes 1a of the metal plate 1 to make a monolithic form, in which, on the outermost surface of the welded/fixed face, a mesh-like conductive body 9, 0.05-1.0 mm thick, having an opening ratio of 25-90% and bringing about heat generation by the high frequency induction heating method, is arranged, and in which the distance between the lower face 7 of the concave part for concrete anchor bolt or concrete anchor pin formed in the metal fitting and the weld face 3 by high frequency induction heating is larger than the distance between the flange lower face 6a of the peripheral part of this metal fitting and the weld face 3 by high frequency induction heating and the difference of both the distances is larger than the height of the head of the concrete anchor bolt or concrete anchor pin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
