PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of engaging and disengaging implements with tapes which are securely mountable at the tapes, are maintained in their form at the time of finishing by ironing, allow the embodiment of various colors and forms and are made efficiently mountable by allowing the different engaging and disengaging implements, such as male and female implements, to coexist to the same tape shape. SOLUTION: A male engaging and disengaging member 12 made of a synthetic resin having an engaging and disengaging head part 12c with and from the other engaging and disengaging female implement 1 is integrally mounted by molding, or the like, along the inner peripheral surface of the aperture 10a of a base material 10 which is made of a synthetic resin, is integrally molded on the front and rear surfaces of tape T having at least one mounting hole so as to embracively support the entire peripheral edge of the mounting hole of the tape T and has the aperture 10a at its center. The material of the male engaging and disengaging member 12 has the m.p. higher than the m.p. of the material of the base material 10, by which the form of the male engaging and disengaging implement 12 is maintained even if the iron of the temp. higher than the temp. at the finishing by ironing determined by the product stock comes into erroneous contact with the engaging and disengaging head part 12c of the implement. In addition, the base material 10 and the male engaging and disengaging member 12 are discretely molded and, therefore, the constitution of both in respective different colors is easy as well.
