PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning accuracy while making the whole device lightweight and small. SOLUTION: This bidirectional moving device 11 is provided with tracks 2, tracks 3, bearings 1 each formed by placing guide parts 1a, 1b engaged with the track 2 and track 3 respectively, one over the other to be right-angled to each other, and a guide plate 30 whose two opposed sides are parallel.
