A display-writer is provided to offer a mixing controller for computing writing data and displaying the computed writing data with images and a background data unit for storing background images, thereby displaying user writing in real time without additional terminal. A display-writer includes a display unit, an electronic writing unit, a mixing controller(300), a background data unit(410), an operation program data unit and a manipulation unit(500). The display unit displays images. The mixing controller computes writing data outputted from the electronic writing unit and displays the computed writing data with images. The background data unit stores background images. The operation program data unit stores operation data for operation by the mixing controller. The manipulation unit inputs manipulation signals of a user for controlling each constitution.
