<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hollow fiber bundle that can be applied movably in a large range and can improve the light quantity received. <P>SOLUTION: This hollow fiber bundle comprises a hollow fiber 2 for irradiation for propagating broad band light, including infrared light or dispersed infrared light and irradiating a measuring object 14 with them, and a hollow fiber 3 for detection for receiving and propagating transmitted light, reflected light, or scattered light from the measuring object 14.
