The implant (1) has a base body covering (2) made of ceramic material e.g. zirconium oxide and/or aluminum oxide and yttrium oxide, in a drill-hole in a jaw-bone, and a post (3) made of ceramic material for receiving a dental prosthesis. A connection arrangement (4) is made of a metallic material e.g. titanium or titanium alloy and/or corrosion resistant steel. The arrangement has a base body core (22) inserted in a blind hole in the covering. A screw (20) and a flange (47a) temporally or durably connect the body core with a post core (21) in a detachable manner.
