Provided is a method and a kit for efficiently separating or fractionalizing phosphoprotein to diagnose diseases related to increase in the amount of phosphoprotein expression. A method for fractionalizing phosphoprotein comprises the following steps of: adding a lysis solution to a cell or a cellular tissue to obtain a homogenate of the cell or the cellular tissue; adding one or more metal ions, selected from the group consisting of calcium ion, barium ion, cobalt ion, and molybdenum ion, to the homogenate of the cell or the cellular tissue in order to bond the metal ion with the phosphoprotein of the homogenate; and precipitating the bonded material using a precipitation agent selected from the group consisting of a sulfate salt, a citrate salt, a bicarbonate salt, and a carbonate salt. |
