<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riser cleaning device and a riser cleaning method by which the inside of a shared riser in a high-rise condominium can be cleaned easily in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A high pressure hose 14 provided with a cleaning nozzle at the end is inserted from an upper part of the shared riser 20 into the pipe to extend the cleaning nozzle 15 to the lowest part. High pressure water is fed to the high pressure hose 14 from a feed source 11 of high pressure fluid via a connection hose 16, the high pressure hose 14 is rotated around its central axis, high pressure water is jetted from the cleaning nozzle 15, the cleaning nozzle 15 is spirally raised vertically upward to the highest part of the shared riser 20 by a hose advancing/retarding device 13 and a hose guide 19, to crush or strip attached matter, deposit matter or rust on the inner wall of the riser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
