The present invention relates to an extension type hybrid house with easy movement. The present invention provides the extension type hybrid house with easy movement which can extend a residential space by unfolding an extension part installed at a house main body according to necessity, and can be moved easily by reducing volume by folding the extension part during movement. The technical point of the present invention to achieve the objective is to provide the extension type hybrid house including: the house main body wherein the residential space is formed inside; the extension part comprising a frame part which extends the residential space by being unfolded from one side of the house main body to an outer side of the house main body, and forms an extended space and a tent part installed to cover the frame part; a blocking plate which seals a space between the extension part and the house main body by being installed to be rotated through a hinge at one side of an upper part of the house main body; and a winch which is installed at another side of the house main body, and fixes the extension part by being connected to the extension part through a wire.
