INSULATION PLATE AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

The insulating board consists of textile waste, mainly of flocks, connected by means of binder, for example dispersion binder. In the production of the insulating board the dispersion binder is firstly mixed with textile waste and possibly with fire retardant. The homogenised mixture is placed into a mould, the surface is levelled and the material prepared in this way is subjected to pressure. The pressed insulating board is dried at room temperature or by hot air.
