<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plain cooked food usable for a wide range of application as emergency food at the time of disaster such as earthquake, typhoon, or the like, also as simplified food for outdoor sport, and further food for outdoor activities such as camp, fishing, mountain climb or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The plain cooked food is obtained by packaging heat source and drinking water put in an airtight container together with food.
