At its value more than 19 mV, define possibility of development of inadequate sedation with signs of psychoemotional discomfort (PED) in the form of episodes of awakening and high frequency of nausea and vomiting. At value of constant potential less than 20 mV, prognosticate dose-dependent sedation without PED signs. ^ EFFECT: allows to tap group of the patients inclined to development of psychoemotional discomfort during neuroaxial anaesthesia, demanding - individual correction of premedication, and to reduce complications of the postoperative period (early activisation) and to raise a degree of life quality of patients. ^ 3 ex, 2 tbl |
