PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition capable of being produced without requiring a special step other than conventional production steps and improved in strength. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition is obtained by formulating (A) 100 pts.mass polyolefin-based resin with (B) 10-50 pts.mass inorganic filler, (C) 0.03-5 pts.mass ester of a phosphoric acid metal salt represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1is 4-8C alkyl group; R2is a hydrogen atom or a 1-8C alkyl group; R3is a 1-4C alkylidene group) and (D) 0.01-3 pts.mass aliphatic alkali metal salt.
