PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the reduction and developing efficiency of the development volume of a gateway device and a protocol conversion gateway system by providing a protocol conversion gateway system for easily facilitating countermeasures to protocol conversion by the minimum change and addition. SOLUTION: In a protocol conversion system, the processing of the inside of a gateway device is conducted by a module constitution, and a common section and an exclusive section are clearly separated from each other so that it is possible to integrate a gateway machine and a gateway system into a base, and the processing of the exclusive section(protocol achievement section in most cases) is added to the gateway equipment as the module in order to facilitate countermeasures to a certain network. Thus, it is possible to easily and quickly connect a plurality of networks by minimizing a logic and a rule which should be created at each network. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
