METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GRAVIMETRIC METERING AND MIXING OF TWO COMPONENTS AS MINIMUM

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: in agreement with method portions of two components as minimum are determined by weighing and both components are mixed in container. If difficult to mix components are used first component is fed into first weighing container. Second component is fed into second weighing container within specified time interval. Simultaneously first component is directed from first container portionwise or continuously into second container. Total weight of first and second components relative to portion of first and second components in second container is found by results of decrease of content of first container and sum of weights of both components in second container. Device for gravimetric metering has two weighing containers, one of them being equipped with unloading installation that functions as metering unit of first component. One feeding gear is mounted to implement metering functions for second weighing container. EFFECT: uniform mixing of components difficult to mix in precise doses without long mixing operations. 12 cl, 3 dwg
