PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse storing device capable of preventing it from occupying a large place at a refuse collection place and allowing easy and quick assembly and disassembly. SOLUTION: Left and right frames 1 bendable into a circular shape repeatedly and made of an elastic material are pivotally supported on front and rear brackets 1a, 1b so that they move horizontally and freely, and a net 2 formed into a cylindrical shape is suspended by bringing it into contact continuously with the left and right frames 1 and is locked. The frames 1 and the net 2 are formed into a circular space, and a stay 3 holding and fixing them horizontally is provided in an upper part. One end of a support column 4 erected on the ground is turnably and pivotally supported so that the frames 1 and the stay 3 including the net 2 can be folded, respectively, and a cover 5 storing and protecting them is also provided.
