APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING CARBON AND/OR CARBON COMPOSITE POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technology for efficiently exfoliating a carbon fine powder formed on an electrode from the electrode without lowering the physical properties of the carbon fine powder so as to industrially effectively utilize PACT (Plasma Assisted Catalytic Technology) as "an apparatus for producing the carbon fine powder". SOLUTION: The PACT can be effectively utilized as the apparatus for producing the carbon fine powder by arranging a member made of a shape-memory alloy in the periphery of the electrode, which member is constituted so as to able to mechanically exfoliate a reaction product by mainly utilizing the shape restoring property by heating of the shape-memory alloy.
