PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus 10 for feeding raw powder to a die for a powder press machine which attains a press molding uniform in density and high in precision. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 is configured so that the base opening of a charger 19 is sealed with a belt 21, and, when the charger 19 passes through a roller 22, the belt 21 is wound around the roller 22, thus the base opening of the charger 19 is opened. Since relative sliding is not generated between the base of the charger 19 and the belt 21, a powder raw material 27 is not leaked, scattered or dusted from a space between the base of the charger 19 and the belt 21, further, there is no anxiety about the generation of a wear and tear phenomenon in a space between the base opening of the charger 19 and the belt 21, thus the density of a molded part is made uniform, and the highly precise press molding can be performed.
