PURPOSE: A front panel detachable car-audio device is provided to add various functions to a front panel portion comprised to be separated to prevent a car-audio from being robbed. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(215) inputs a voice signal and other sound, and converts into an electrical audio signal. A voice capture/compression processor(220) samples the audio input signal, and compresses the sampled signal. A voice reproduction/restoration processor(225) restores/reproduces the compressed digital audio data. A voice recording data storage(230) stores the compressed digital audio data. An earphone amplifier(260) amplifies an audio signal outputted from the voice reproduction/restoration processor(225) and a D/A converter(255). An earphone jack(265) electrically connects with an outer earphone. A front controller(280) controls a key input portion(270) and a display(275) by electrically interworking with a main controller(110) of a body portion(100), and overall controls each portion of a front portion(200).
