PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating cleaning implement, even if there is a recessed part on a surface to be cleaned, capable of cleaning the recessed part without unevenly wearing down the cleaning face of a cleaning member. SOLUTION: This rotating cleaning implement 1 is provided with a cleaning member 3 consisting of a brush or a pad on a disk-shaped rotating holder 2 rotated by a motor 6, along the circumferential direction, wherein the cleaning surface 3a of the cleaning member 3 is intermittently provided with non-cleaning portions 8 formed of recessed portions to form edge portions 9E of respective cleaning portions 9 on the respective boundaries of the respective cleaning portions 9 adjoining to the respective non-cleaning portions 8.
