A driving device of a plasma display panel is provided to cut down the cost by reducing internal pressure of a data IC(Integrated Circuit) by supplying data, control, and clock signals passing through a capacitor to the data IC after floating the signals. A driving device of a plasma display panel includes a control board(52) for converting an image signal input from the outside into a data signal for displaying an image on the plasma display panel and generating a data signal, a control signal for synchronization, and a clock signal; a data board(54) generating data pulse by using the data, control, and clock signals; and a data transmission unit(56) for converting the data, control, and clock signals supplied from the control board into a signal with reference voltage different from the data, control, and clock signals sent from the control board by passing the signals through a capacitor and supplying the converted signal to the data board.
