A mounting structure for a vehicle apparatus mounted in a trunk room (12) of a vehicle (10) includes a battery device (18) and is adapted such that an air conditioner (20), a DC/DC converter (22), and an accessory battery (24) are integrally mounted on the battery device. A plate (26) in contact with the floor of the trunk room (12) and capable of sliding is provided at the lower part of the battery device (18). The plate (26) enables an integrated vehicle apparatus (16) to be slid to a position where the apparatus (16) is fixed and which is remote from a trunk lid (14). By this, a waste space formed at the extreme end of the trunk room (12) can be effectively used.
