The present invention relates to an apparatus for sorting cleaning balls installed in multiple tube cleaning systems, which sorts cleaning balls on the basis of the diameters of multiple tubes. To achieve this, the apparatus for sorting cleaning balls installed in multiple tube cleaning systems comprises: a sorting housing which has an inlet and an outlet arranged to face each other at an interval in a flow direction, and a sorting hole formed in a direction horizontal to the flow direction; and a sorting unit which has multiple plate-shaped sorting parts arranged in a radial direction around a main flow path arranged in the flow direction and extended in the flow direction, and a sorting support part for supporting the sorting parts, wherein the main flow path has a flow cross section which gets narrower from the inlet to the outlet.
